I liked everything in that hotel Room was spaciuos, toilet was clean only if they could have bidet installed separately or flush line.. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were helpful n friendly reception,, the view is spectacular from restaurant,, the landscape,, mama mia is so nice,, well maintained.. The pools are well designed though didn't have time to take a dip due to busy tour schedule,, but definitely on my next stay I will make sure to use all the facilities. The lobby is quite and peaceful.. The welcoming of the concierge and reception is wonderful,, well trained and respectful staff. I can go on for ever appraising this hotel O lalaa.. I enjoyed the stay there,, thumb up Cheers

The breakfast had a decent variety of cuisines but the main draw was the stunning views from the restaurant - just breathtaking! The staff were generally warm, embodying Indonesian hospitality. It's the best hotel I've stayed in the area. Perfect staycation hotel - there's really no need to leave it! Our room was spacious and afforded us a fantastic view. Wish we stayed on for a few more days.

The location is very good in the main road, facilities are good, the place are clean, staff are friendly and so helpful . The duty manager was really amazing, he helped us to change the room and gave us welcome fruits and snacks in our room

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

Still new, so no complaints about the building and interior. Room is quite spacious. Garden is well maintained
